InisCare’s team is highly experienced in delivering exceptional care and support for its customers – regardless of age or care needs.

Our panel of advisors bring decades of experience in residential care from the CEO, COO and Director level, providing our management team with extra support and guidance.

Mary McArdle

Managing Director

Mary is an RGN RNID and RM. She has a degree in Management and Industrial Relations and an MSc in Healthcare Management.

Mary has 45+ years healthcare experience including Senior Management and Director-level positions across the public and private sectors and the Department of Health.

Daniela Ciobanu

Regional Manager
South Dublin

Daniela is a Registered Nurse and has over seven years of experience in the healthcare sector.

As Regional Manager for South Dublin, Daniela is responsible for the oversight and delivery of care and support to the customers and Health Care Assistants in her area.

Linda Grimes

Branch Manager
Santry

Linda has extensive healthcare experience and holds the Branch Manager position following promotion from previous roles as a Supervisor and Care Coordinator with InisCare.

Roisin Wrenn

Glasnevin

Before embarking on her career in healthcare, Roisin worked in Human Resources for 10+ years.

Roisin joined as part of the Sandra Cooney’s Homecare team in 2021 and was promoted to the role of Branch Manager.

Rachel has more than ten years’ experience in the Healthcare industry. During this time, she has worked hands on with the clients and as a Coordinator. Her passion is working in this industry, liaising with clients to build a more comfortable and safe living environment.

Ana joined InisCare with the CareWorld team in 2019.

Ana has extensive experience in the healthcare sector. She has worked her way up from Health Care Assistant and is now Branch Manager.
