Just like nurses and doctors, professional care assistants have chosen a career in compassionate care of those in need. All our care assistants must pass a seven-stage screening process before they can care for you without supervision. Included in these stages are face-to-face interviews, two-day on-site induction, reference checks, Garda vetting and in-home supervision from our experienced care team. We also undertake random spot checks on all of our care assistants to make sure they are providing the best care. This gives you a great opportunity to get a quick insight into the personalities of the care assistants that may be caring for you.
