Direct Support Workers / Healthcare Assistants and Social Care Workers – Children’s Residential Service

Embrace provides residential support services for children with intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, and acquired brain injuries.
We are currently looking for Direct Support Workers / Healthcare Assistants and Social Care Workers to join our team in Enfield, Co. Meath. The successful candidates will be afforded all necessary training and development in line with the roles. Candidates must be self-driven, focused, highly motivated, creative, and experienced with a passion for engaging with our residents on a daily basis.
To be considered for this position, you will have:
· A kind and compassionate personality
· Full FETAC Level 5 healthcare qualification (essential for DSW/HCA) or a Diploma in Applied Social Care Studies (essential for SCW) or equivalent
Previous healthcare experience
Previous experience of challenging behavior is desirable
Fluent English (essential)
Eligibility to work in Ireland (essential)
