Elly has over fourteen years’ experience in care, with extensive management. Elly is responsible for ensuring care plans and risk assessments are up to date, and to resolve any issues that Customers or Care Assistants are experiencing.

Jeanne is a Registered General Nurse with over 15 years of experience in the homecare sector. Jeanne is responsible for the development and review of policies and procedures, as well as conducting surveys and audits to ensure the highest standards are in line with evidence-based best practices.
